At any time, Customers can access, check, modify and delete their personal information according to appropriate links and methods provided by Lumo Music or request Lumo Music to check, modify and delete their personal information. Customers are also entitled to request Lumo Music stop sending you direct marketing communications which you have previously consented to receive. We may continue to send you Service-related and other non-marketing communications.
If you wish to delete your data, please send your request to cs-indonesia@lumo.id , when receiving information from you, Lumo Music will conduct verification and take handling measures timely. Customers account will be deleted and all data will no long be saved.
